A group of running enthusiasts based in Milton, Ontario.
We meet every Sunday at 8 AM at MILTON LEISURE CENTRE
- located on Main St. just East of Thompson Rd. in Milton for our weekly long run.
- Following the run, we meet again at Country Style located at the North West corner of Ontario Street and Derry Road.
Wednesday Night runs start at 6:30 from the Milton Leisure Center
