MILTON KOS RACING REGULATIONS

1. While in transition area and on the bike, all participants must wear an approved helmet, with the chin strap fastened until the bike is returned to the rack.
2. Drafting on the bike course is not permitted.
3. Outside assistance is not permitted at any time. There will be many race officials available throughout the race to help you.
4. All KOS rules must be followed. For the complete set of rules, please click here.
5. Good sportsmanship and fair play must be followed by both participants and parents.
6. Accommodations will be made for disabled athletes as necessary. Please contact the race director, Gary Black for more information.
