RACE INFORMATION

• All swim events will be in the Milton Leisure Centre Pool
• Bike on a flat 6 km loop: Main St. East to Fifth Line North for the turnaround
• Run out and back on a flat, paved, running path beside Main St. East
• AWAD accessible

Pre-registration and Race-Kit Pick Up:

• Spokes N Slopes
• Directions
• PICK-UP ON: Friday July 13th 5 pm - 9 pm
• Race kits may also be picked up before 7:30 am at Bishop Reding on RACE DAY (July 14th)

All participants will receive the following:

• Race T-shirt
• Race Kit
• Finishers' Medal
• Race Day Program

Post Race Festivities include:

• Award ceremony
• Lots of great food
• And of course - tons of FUN!
